Local company is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to manage the day to day accounting responsibilities. Experience with QuickBooks and Excel as well as excellent organizational skills and accuracy are required for this position. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, has good customer relations skills and has the ability to communicate clearly.
- Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
- Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances
- Develop monthly financial statements
- Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results regularly
