Millennial Title is excited to announce the opening of their Cincinnati office. This new office marks the eighth location and the fifth state in which the company has expanded. With 22 direct state licenses and the ability to coordinate closings in all 50 states, this new office allows Millennial Title to directly provide real estate title services for realtors, buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors in Greater Cincinnati and beyond.
The Cincinnati office opened December 6 and will be managed by Lisa Evans, closing coordinator. Evans brings a wealth of knowledge to this position with over thirty years of experience in title and escrow services. In addition to managing all aspects of a closing, she will be responsible for business development and growing the Cincinnati market. The new office is located at 4355 Ferguson Drive, Suite 110.
