Millennial Title is excited to announce the opening of its ninth office and the third Kentucky office in Somerset. With offices located in Louisville and Florence, this new office allows Millennial Title to directly provide real estate title services to southern Kentucky realtors, buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors.
The Somerset office opened on January 24 and will be managed by Market Manager Angela Reeves Angela has extensive knowledge of the real estate transaction process. Her real estate career began in the deed room of the Laurel County Clerk’s office. She also served as a title clerk in a local law firm and earned her real estate license in 2015. For the last five years, Angela has managed hundreds of successful closings. The new office is located at 4150 South Highway 27, Suite 10.
